Henry Schein has named Mark Hillebrandt as its vice president and chief digital revenue officer and promoted Trinh Clark and Leigh Benowitz to its executive management committee.
Hillebrandt, who has been with the company since 2018, will lead a new digital revenue team formed to support Henry Schein's 2022-2024 BOLD+1 strategic plan. The team will be responsible for engaging customers online to drive digital transactions while also securing a pipeline of digitally sourced leads and new prospects for the firm's sales organization, Henry Schein said.
In other executive news, Henry Schein promoted Trinh Clark to senior vice president and chief global customer experience officer. Clark, a 15-year veteran of Henry Schein, had previously served as vice president of technology enablement for the firm's North America distribution group. She will be responsible for leading a new global customer experience organization.
Leigh Benowitz was promoted to senior vice president and chief global digital transformation officer. Benowitz has been with Henry Schein for five years, most recently serving as vice president for customer and digital experience and as the global e-commerce platform (GEP) transformation officer. In addition to being responsible for managing a new global e-commerce transformation organization, Benowitz will continue to lead the implementation of GEP, Henry Schein said.
