"Let's take a minute to talk about our Gen Z patients.
"The Gen Z population was born between mid '90s and 2010, so they're about 15 to 30 years old, and we can ask ourselves a few simple questions to find out how well we're appealing to this very important demographic.
"No. 1, does your website answer the most frequently asked questions? This is where a lot of Gen Z patients will start their research.
"No. 2, does your practice have a social mission, a favorite charity, eco-friendly products, things of that nature?
"No. 3, are you using social media? And if you are, are you doing it well?
"Finally, has your practice embraced technology? Are you sending treatment plans electronically? Are you using telehealth for consultations? Are you using intraoral cameras, and are you accepting online payments? These are all things that are going to matter to this key demographic.
