WASHINGTON, DC - More than 13,000 dental professionals are expected to attend the ADA's 2015 annual meeting. With more than 500 exhibitors and scores of presentations, the first day of the annual meeting was busy.

The ADA is marking 70 years of community water fluoridation with a vibrant series of posters as attendees enter the Walter E. Washington Convention Center in Washington, DC. As this poster notes, research has shown that community water fluoridation brings a considerable savings on the investment in fluoridation.

As reported earlier, Convergent Dental announced clearance by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration to perform osseous tissue procedures. CEO Michael Cataldo stands next to the company's Solea laser. Cataldo told DrBicuspid.com that the osseous tissue clearance process only took about 90 days.
