Dental support organization Dental Care Alliance (DCA) has been acquired by the management team of DCA Investment Holding and the New York-based private equity firm Harvest Partners.
The organization has 157 affiliated dental offices across eight states, supporting more than 380 dentists. The current management team of DCA will continue to lead the organization, which was purchased from Quad-C Management, a Charlottesville, VA-based private equity firm. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
