With September nearing its midway point, it's clear that the number of days to still make an impact on 2024 goals in the business practice is dwindling. Knowing that, I sat down with a dental assistant, dental hygienist, and dental office manager and asked them for their best pieces of advice for their colleagues.

In this episode of "The DrBicuspid.com Podcast," I was joined by Tija Hunter; Emme Sanders, RDH; and Dana Watson to discuss how the dental team can not only thrive in 2024 individually but also make a real impact on the bottom line of the dental practice as the fourth quarter begins soon.
