Jonathan Colombo, 31, of Orange Township, NJ, was arrested on October 15 and charged with practicing dentistry without a license. Currently, this is the only charge filed against Colombo since the investigation is ongoing, according to news reports.

On October 14, police responded to an office building in Fairfield, NJ, after a woman reported that Colombo reportedly sexually assaulted her there following a dental procedure. The woman purportedly told police that Colombo advertised on Instagram under the handles newyoudental and newyousmiles, offering dental veneers at discounted prices, according to reports.

After messaging with Colombo over social media and agreeing to a price for the veneers, the woman made an appointment with him. Colombo allegedly sexually assaulted the woman after he completed the dental procedure, according to reports.

A criminal complaint is merely an allegation. All defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty beyond a reasonable doubt in a court of law.
