The University of the Pacific Arthur A. Dugoni School of Dentistry is looking for a buyer for its current building in San Francisco in anticipation of a planned relocation.
The six-story concrete building at 2155 Webster St. will be vacated in spring of 2014 when the dental school moves to a new location at 155 Fifth St., according to a story in the San Francisco Business Times.
The university purchased the building at the new location in 2011 for $47 million and has been doing extensive renovations. The total project cost is $155 million and will include labs, classrooms, and research and support spaces for the dental school, according to the Times.
