A former dental assistant in Oklahoma accused of sexually assaulting an unconscious teenager while he was lying in a dental chair awaiting treatment is scheduled to be arraigned on October 15, according to a story published on October 11 by 1600 KUSH.
Cody Allen Stolfa, 36, who has been in jail since his arrest in July, is expected to be arraigned on the charge of forcible oral sodomy on a 19-year-old unconscious patient who was undergoing wisdom teeth surgery at Central Oklahoma Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery Associates in Stillwater, OK.
Stolfa, of Stillwater, faces up to 20 years in prison if convicted, according to the story.
His arrest came after the FBI received a report of a video that was sent on the instant messaging platform Telegram that reportedly showed Stolfa assaulting an unconscious male patient who was undergoing wisdom tooth surgery.
Stolfa worked as a clinical assistant at the practice, but when authorities went to the practice during its investigation, they learned that Stolfa was terminated in October 2021. However, the time stamp on the video, which was allegedly recorded by Stolfa, is March 2022.
When a screenshot of the video was shown to the patient, he confirmed that it was him and he had not consented to any contact with Stolfa, according to the story.
