Cody Allen Stolfa, 36, of Stillwater, OK, is facing trial in four additional cases. In these new cases, Stolfa faces charges that include oral sodomy, lewd molestation, and sexual battery, according to the story. No additional details were released.
After Stolfa was initially charged in August 2024 with forcible oral sodomy, it was revealed in November 2024 that there were 15 more alleged victims. For these offenses, Stolfa faces 10 counts of sexual battery, five counts of forcible sodomy, six counts of child exploitation, four counts of clandestine recording, two counts of sodomy of a victim under 16, and one count of lewd acts to a child.
Since his arrest, police reportedly obtained several videos and photographs revealing multiple sexual offenses that occurred while he worked as a dental assistant at Central Oklahoma Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery Associates between June and September 2021.
Stolfa was arrested after the FBI received a video reportedly showing Stolfa assaulting an unconscious male patient who was undergoing wisdom tooth surgery. When authorities went to the practice during their investigation, they learned that Stolfa was terminated from that position in 2021. However, the time stamp on the video, which was allegedly recorded by Stolfa, is dated March 2022.
