A former dental assistant in Oklahoma was arrested for reportedly sexually assaulting an unconscious man while he was lying in a dental chair awaiting treatment, according to a story published on August 27 in the Stillwater News Press.
Cody Allen Stolfa, 36, of Stillwater, OK, was charged with forcible oral sodomy. He is being held in jail on a $50,000 bail, according to the story.
His arrest came after the FBI received a video reportedly showing Stolfa assaulting an unconscious male patient who was undergoing wisdom tooth surgery.
Stolfa worked as a clinical assistant at Central Oklahoma Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery Associates in Stillwater, but when authorities went to the practice during its investigation, they learned he was terminated from that position in 2021. However, the time stamp on the video, which was allegedly recorded by Stolfa, is March 2022, according to the story.
In September, Stolfa is expected to be in court for a preliminary hearing.
