Sun Life Financial has entered into an agreement to acquire Premier Dental Group (PDG), a preferred provider organization dental network based in Minnesota.
Sun Life expects the acquisition to be completed before the third quarter of 2017. The purchase price was not disclosed.
Premier Dental has providers in several Midwestern states and Florida. It will keep its name and operate as a standalone entity, Sun Life said.
