Western Dental has acquired 14 Smile Wide offices in 12 Southern California cities.
This is Western's first acquisition of practices in more than 10 years, according to the company.
Western Dental and its affiliated Brident Dental & Orthodontics clinics operate more than 220 oral health clinics in California, Arizona, Nevada, and Texas. The company employs more than 4,500 dental professionals and support team members, which includes more than 700 dentists.
