Eligible candidates can now apply for student and large research grants from the American Academy of Implant Dentistry Foundation (AAIDF).
The David Steflik Memorial student research grants are open to dental students, postgraduates, and residents interested in oral implantology research. Grants of up to $2,000 are available for two years. Recipients can present their findings at the AAID Annual Conference with travel expenses reimbursed.
The large research grants are intended for dental implant research projects, including feasibility studies, technique development, small clinical or animal research, and data analysis. Applicants can request up to $25,000 for two years. Extensions are possible without additional funds.
Applications are due July 1 and can be found on the AAIDF website.
