A dentist's personal and professional image plays a significant role in the overall success of a dental practice, according to practice management consultant Linda Miles in the latest episode of DrBicuspid.com's "15 Minutes to Excellence."

"Your office image, personal image, and team image are the patient's first impression," Linda said. "You should dress for the clientele you want to see and the practice you have. If you take a personal interest in your appearance and image, your team will too."
