A webinar on early caries detection and caries control sponsored by Air Techniques is now available for viewing online at any time on the company's website. The webinar, which will earn viewers one continuing education (CE) credit, was conducted by Robert Fuchs, D.M.D., who practices in Louisville, KY, and is a graduate of the University of Louisville School of Dentistry and the Las Vegas Institute for Advanced Dental Studies.
The live event attracted nearly 500 hygienists and dentists from four countries, 44 states, and four provinces, Air Techniques said.
The webinar begins with a review of traditional diagnostic methodologies, then discusses innovative adjunctive devices utilizing laser and fluorescence technology that enable early detection of caries and subsequent intervention for caries prevention and control. One adjunctive device highlighted in the webinar is Air Techniques' Spectra caries detection aid.
The webinar concludes with a question and answer session.
