Cadent, Pankey Institute establish iTero grant program

Cadent has established a grant program in association with the Pankey Institute, whereby Cadent will provide technology grants to the Pankey Institute in the name of faculty members who purchase the iTero digital impression system for use in their practices.

Cadent will also provide education grants in the name of students or alumni of the Pankey Institute who purchase the iTero system for use in their practices. The grants may then be applied to the next course taken at the institute.

In addition, Cadent will provide an iTero system and models for use in applicable core curriculum at the institute, including a live patient training program currently under development.

"iTero is a dynamic fit within our continuously enhanced curriculum, which provides dentists with the skills and knowledge necessary to become more proficient practitioners," said Irwin Becker, D.D.S. chairman of the department of education at the Pankey Institute. "Digital impression technology is transforming restorative and cosmetic dentistry, and iTero is a leader in the field for dentists, laboratories, and patients alike."
