In a recent ceremony on Peking University's campus, the University of Pennsylvania School of Dental Medicine and Peking University School of Stomatology announced an agreement designed to facilitate joint research and educational programs, according to a story in the University of Pennsylvania's Almanac journal.
The new memorandum of understanding outlines the exchange of students and faculty, the exchange of learning resources, and the possibility of joint research projects between the two faculties.
Peking University also hosted a daylong symposium on oral health that included sessions on smoking and oral health, modern endodontic therapy, maxillofacial surgery, implants, and prosthetics.
