CareCredit launches new tracking features

CareCredit, a patient payment program endorsed by the ADA, has launched two new features, according to an ADA News article.

A dental office that uses CareCredit can now create its own financial policy and customize it to suit its payment preferences.

Also, users can now utilize a computer desktop tool that gives them access to CareCredit's online practice building resources. They can use it to access management reports, submit applications, process transactions, and more.

"It's important that a dental practice has a clear, defined financial policy so patients feel comfortable with their treatment and the financial arrangements they make to pay for their dentistry," said Dr. James Willey, director of the ADA Council on Dental Practice, in the article.
