Dental Care Alliance has chosen Demandforce D3 from Demandforce as its patient communication software system.
Dental Care Alliance has 76 affiliated dental practices in seven U.S. states and is continuing to expand into new regions, according to the company. Dental Care Alliance sought a technology that would "make life better and easier for their dentists and bring them into the modern digital age, creating an improved overall dental experience."
Demandforce D3, Demandforce's flagship product, connects Demandforce clients to end consumers via e-mail communications, text messaging, and online services. Dental Care Alliance said it will use the "full functionality" of Demandforce D3, including patient communications, reputational marketing, reporting, and analytics.
"It was important to us that we chose software that would scale as well as allow for work/life balance for our busy dental professionals," said Mitch Olan, CEO of Dental Care Alliance, in a press release. "Demandforce was the only company that could effectively fulfill those requirements, and we have already seen a dramatic increase in traffic to our dental practices."
