In exchange for his guilty plea, Dr. James Godorecci, 57, owner of Main Line Aesthetics in Paoli, PA, was sentenced to two years of probation with multiple conditions, including participating in sex offender treatment and having no contact with the victim, according to stories.
In January 2024, the woman was receiving temporomandibular joint dysfunction treatment at the practice when Godorecci, of Wayne, PA, touched her breasts and nipples under her shirt and bra. Godorecci admitted this as part of his plea agreement, according to the story.
In 2010, Godorecci acquired the dental practice. He is a former clinical instructor at the University of Pennsylvania School of Dental Medicine and a member of the ADA, the International Association of Orthodontics, and the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry, according to the website for Main Line Aesthetics.
