The American Board of Pediatric Dentistry (ABPD) has named board member Dr. Brian Hodgson as its president.

Also, Hodgson serves as chair of the department of general dental sciences in the Marquette University School of Dentistry.

He was appointed ABPD president after a six-year progression on the board, and his term runs through the end of 2026.
