The International Association for Dental, Oral, and Craniofacial Research (IADR) has elected George Belibasakis, PhD, as its vice president.
Belibasakis is a professor of clinical oral infection biology and head of oral health, periodontology, and research at the Karolinska Institute in Sweden.
A longtime IADR member, Belibasakis has held multiple leadership and committee roles across research groups and committees.
