Benco Dental has announced new leadership and a corporate reorganization, creating three divisions under a new parent company: 1930 Ventures.
Each division will operate independently with its own president while sharing support functions like finance, legal, technology, and marketing to increase efficiency.
Leadership changes include Katy Cohen as the president of Benco Dental; Anna DuHamel, MBA, as the president of Clarion Solutions; and Ted Ringsdorf as the president of Sapphire Brands.
