Dental distributor Benco Dental has acquired M&S Dental Supply and A-Dent Dental Equipment. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
Both companies, which are based in New York, align with Benco's products and services, according to the company. M&S and A-Dent serve customers in New York, New Jersey, and Connecticut.
