The system is designed to enable dental practices and dental service organizations to automatically source, engage, and hire credentialed professionals.
Additionally, it aims to replace job boards and manual recruiting by identifying qualified candidates; conducting personalized outreach via text, email, and phone; and managing the hiring process.
