Henry Schein Inc.
Henry Schein has appointed Frederick M. Lowery as its CEO, effective March 2, at which time he will also join the board of directors.
He succeeds Stanley M. Bergman, who will step down after 35 years as CEO and remain chairman to support the leadership transition.
Previously, Lowery served as an executive at Thermo Fisher Scientific, with expertise in scaling distribution and product businesses.
