In 2004, he co-founded PDA with Victoria Peterson, growing it into a global resource serving practices across all 50 states and nearly 20 countries. Additionally, Baird was a sought-after speaker, podcast host, and author of Legendary Leadership.
He is survived by his wife, daughters, and grandchildren.
