Sun Life U.S. and DentaQuest are now accepting applications for the 2025 Health Access Hero awards.
The awards honor organizations and individuals who are improving health equity through programs focused on oral health, diabetes, obesity prevention, and nutrition. Awards include grants for community health programs and recognition of individuals making a significant impact.
Honorees receive a $10,000 donation to a charity of their choice. Apply by April 30 via the Sun Life website.
