The West Virginia University (WVU) School of Dentistry has named Fotinos Panagakos, DMD, PhD, as its interim dean, effective July 1.

Dr. Panagakos will continue to serve as vice dean of administration and research.
A national search will be conducted to find a permanent dean, according to the university.
