AAE Foundation awards 2 grants

The American Association of Endodontists (AAE) Foundation has awarded grants to two universities.

The recipients are the West Virginia University School of Dentistry and the Virginia Commonwealth University School of Dentistry.

The West Virginia University School of Dentistry received the AAE Foundation/Dentsply Innovation in Research Grant, which will equip the school with a 4,000-sq-ft endodontics research laboratory that will be used to prepare experimental samples and specimens.

A $100,000 Endowed Faculty Matching Grant was awarded to Virginia Commonwealth University, which will allow the university to endow the R. Neil Dodds Professorship.
