Dental Hunters has relaunched as more than just a dental job board for dental employers to advertise job openings.
Dental Hunters now allows dental employers to conduct asynchronous video interviews using the new Dental Hunters Connect.
Using this service, dental employers can ask job seekers to answer a customized list of questions through Dental Hunters Connect, enabling the employer to invite only the most qualified candidates into their office for a secondary in-person interview.
To use Dental Hunters Connect, the employer:
- Writes a brief description about the job.
- Customizes questions for the job seeker to answer through Dental Hunters Connect.
- Receives notice when video interviews have been completed and can watch the interviews through their Employer Dashboard.
Dental Hunters Connect video interviews are asynchronous, so while the dentist is seeing patients, the job seeker can take the time to capture their best responses and showcase their personality through the video interview, question by question. The completed interview and resume can be reviewed as an entire package at the dentist's discretion.
Other new features allow employers to socialize their postings and interviews through popular social networks and the ability to invite job seekers from other job boards to their Dental Hunters Connect online interview.
