• Offer fulfillment is on a first-come, first-served basis and is expected to be four to six weeks after confirmation of the third referral who successfully signs up.

• This incentive is for referring new members who live in the United States. If a person you refer is a current member, then they will not count toward the three referrals needed to receive the incentive.

Q: How long does this promotion last?
A: Until supplies are gone.

Q: Who is eligible for referral in this promotion?
A: This promotion is for dental professionals, including dentists, hygienists, dental assistants, and front office staff in the United States only. People who are not in the dental industry are not eligible. No incentives will be shipped internationally.

Q: How long will it take to receive my scaler?
A: Four to six weeks after the third person signs up using your unique URL.

Q: If someone I refer signs up for DrBicuspid.com but they forget to use my URL, can I still get credit?
A: No. Without your unique link, we can’t track the sign-ups and, therefore, you will not receive credit for them.

Q: What I refer someone who is already an active member on DrBicuspid.com?
A: We appreciate the referral, but it won’t count toward the three referrals that are needed to get the scaler.
