Following a trip to Paraguay through the Smiles for Everyone! Foundation last year, a team of Smile Brands employees and dentists are now in Chiang Rai, Thailand, providing dental services through May 26.
"Our trip to Paraguay was unbelievably enlightening," said Smile Brands president and CEO, Steve Bilt. "We saw people so badly in need of dental care that without it, some may have died."
In addition to running temporary dental clinics and nutrition centers, the Thailand team will participate in training and group coaching sessions to gain insight and create a model that can be replicated in other communities around the world.
The "Smiles for Everyone! Foundation, affiliated with Smile Brands, is a not-for-profit entity.
