DenMat Holdings, a dental products and laboratory services company, is relocating its operations to Lompoc, CA.
The company expects to relocate its more than 350 employees over a six-month period beginning in June. The move will enable DenMat to consolidate its operations and provide room for expansion.
In November 2011, DenMat was acquired by three former Discus Dental executives. The company subsequently acquired part of Discus Dental product portfolio.
