The W.K. Kellogg Foundation has made a $500,000 donation to the Family Health Center of Battle Creek, according to an article in the Battle Creek Enquirer.
The money will be used in part to fund additional oral health services for elementary school-aged children, as well as to expand the center.
Earlier this month the U.S. government gave the center $3 million as part of the Affordable Care Act.
