Birner Dental Management Services reported revenues of $14.1 million for the fourth quarter of 2011 (end-December 31), a 10% decline from revenues of $15.7 million for the same quarter a year ago.
Net income for the quarter increased $283,000, or 137%, to $490,000 compared to $207,000 for the same period in 2010.
Similarly, while the company saw its annual revenues drop from $64 million in 2010 to $63.1 million in 2011, net income for the year increased $172,000, or 11.9%, to $1.6 million, compared to $1.4 million for the same period of 2010.
Birner Dental acquires, develops, and manages dental practice networks in select markets in Colorado, New Mexico, and Arizona. The company currently manages 64 dental offices and has 109 dentists.
