Jury says Zometa didn't cause ONJ; start-up targets gag reflex

A U.S. federal jury has ruled in favor of Novartis Pharmaceuticals in a lawsuit questioning whether the company's bisphosphonate product, Zometa, led to a patient developing osteonecrosis of the jaw.
