In what would be its ninth acquisition since 2008, Benco Dental said that it plans to acquire Al's Dental Repair Service in June 2011.
Headquartered in Fresno, Al's Dental Repair is an A-dec dealer specializing in equipment sales and repair. Once acquired, it will become Benco Dental's Fresno branch and host a new region fully servicing the Central Valley market.
Al's Dental Repair and its president, Al Johnson, have been serving the Fresno area for more than 30 years. Johnson and his entire team will remain in their current positions with Benco Dental.
