For the hundreds of employees and thousands of patients of Allcare Dental and Dentures, the holidays were far from happy. On New Year's Eve, Allcare officials reportedly contacted its workers to tell them the company is going out of business, and by January 3 there were growing reports of Allcare offices across the U.S. being closed without warning.
