The New Jersey Dental Association (NJDA) will host Give Kids a Smile (GKAS) day on February 5, providing free dental care to thousands of children age 12 and younger at 80 locations around the state, according to a news story in the Township Journal.
The NJDA has been a participating state in the national program since its inception in 2003. Since then, more than 13,000 children age 12 and younger have come through the program and have received nearly $2.4 million in free dental services across the state.
