Trend Exploration has entered "advanced acquisition discussions" with Preferred Distribution, a distributor of medical, dental, and health and beauty products.
Preferred is a revenue-generating company that Trend feels can be grown aggressively with an increased sales and marketing effort, according to Trend.
Preferred's dental products are marketed through its Web site.
This is the second dental-related deal Trend has announced this month. The company has acquired, and will also soon begin marketing, the Emergency Dental Kit.
Trend is a public company focused on building a leading holding entity for medical and biotech products and services.
