These sweepstakes are being conducted by DrBicuspid.com, located at 1350 N. Kolb Road #215, Tucson, AZ 85715.

• Eligibility: You must be a current DrBicuspid.com member and have completed all of the required registration information.



• Promotional Period: The promotion begins at 12:01 AM PST on Feb 26, 2008, and ends at 5:00 PM PST on April 30, 2008.



• Entry Limit: One entry per qualified new colleague or friend refered to DrBicuspid.com. Colleagues or friends who are current members of DrBicuspid.com do not count toward additional entries in the drawing. Incomplete or false entries will be void.



• Selection of Winner: The winner will be randomly selected from all qualified entrants on April 30, 2008. Odds of winning a prize depend upon the number of qualified entries received.



• Prizes: The prize will be one Delphi XpressRC satellite radio to the winner.



• General Conditions: This drawing is void where prohibited and is governed by the laws of the United States. All federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply.



• Winner Selection & Notification: Winners will be chosen and notified by e-mail within three business days after April 30th, 2008.
