National Dentex acquires Dental Arts

Continuing its geographic expansion, dental lab network National Dentex Labs has purchased Dental Arts of South Charleston, WV.

Terms of the deal were not disclosed. Dental Arts co-owners Dewain Haynes and Tim Thaxton will remain on with the lab, according to National Dentex.
