Steve White has joined DDS Rescue -- a division of Liptak Dental Services -- as vice president of sales and marketing.
White, a former VP of sales and marketing for J. Morita USA, has more than 30 years of dental industry experience and knowledge of both retail and wholesale sales and marketing, according to the company.
White will work to educate dentists on the importance of proper backup and business continuity systems. DDS Rescue is designed to restore practice data in minutes and allows recovery of deleted files and corrupt databases immediately. The system features an onsite failover server, which backs up data, as well as an online component so practice data can be accessed online in an emergency.
