Next month 1Dental.com will launch a new tool, The Free Dental Finder, to help individuals across the U.S. find free dental care in their states.
The Free Dental Finder "not only encourages users to go to the dentist more often, improving overall health, but it also directs people to affordable dental care in their area," according 1Dental.com CEO Randy Meinen.
"In the course of our business, we have found there are many people who cannot even afford our low-cost dental plan," he said. "This tool will be helpful to those who are most in need."
Users can search for clinics in their area by entering their ZIP code or selecting a city. Each location is linked up with Google to provide the most current maps, with driving directions and street views.
"We put in the work to personally verify every piece of data in the tool," said Brian Carlin, brand visibility director for 1Dental.com. "This was really important to us because we have seen incomplete and inaccurate data in other, similar projects. We want to make sure that the tool is relevant and easy to use for all who need it."
Website owners can also utilize the tool to benefit visitors to their sites. They can either copy and paste the link directly onto their page or add The Free Dental Finder widget. The widget provides the best option for webmasters because the code is easily integrated with their site. It has a skyscraper design so that it fits to the very left or right of the page, and visitors can access the complete tool without ever leaving the website.
