Aspen Dental has launched an online bill pay feature that allows patients to review their billing statement and pay their balance online, 24 hours a day, seven days a week, the company announced.
This new service comes on the heels of the release of Aspen Dental's online appointment scheduling system for new patients. Similar to the convenience of online bill pay, new patients can make appointments at any time on the company's Web site. In addition, new patients can download and fill out forms from home -- before their appointment -- saving them time during their first visit. Patients who may need help paying for their treatment can apply for financing online to see if they qualify.
"The new Web site enhancements are examples of how we're using technology to create a more convenient and pleasant experience for patients," said Mary Boysman, vice president of brand marketing, in a press release.
