KaVo Dental has created a new presence on the social networking site Facebook, the company announced. KaVo now has three Diagnodent-specific Facebook pages designed to allow Diagnodent users to become a "fan" of the product, with each page relating to their level of interaction with it: Diagnodent Dentist, Diagnodent Hygienist, and Diagnodent Patient.
The Facebook pages also give clinicians the opportunity to register as a user of Diagnodent so that patients can find them. Likewise, the pages provide an opportunity for patients to find the listing of registered Diagnodent offices in their area. Fans can also find links to download the latest Diagnodent product literature and more information about integrating Diagnodent into a dental practice.
