Web.com Group has updated its Lighthouse 360 patient communication software with a new, free feature that automatically detects and fills last-minute dental appointment cancellations.
The Fill-in feature reacts to last-minute cancellations in a dentist's schedule and automatically reaches out to patients most likely to want the vacated appointment. The dental office then approves the new appointment when a patient confirms interest.
The new feature is available at no additional cost to existing and new Lighthouse 360 clients.
