Patient Activator, 1-800-DENTIST's patient communication and online marketing software, now features a free mobile app that gives dentists access to Patient Activator from their smartphone.
The app offers the software's most-used features, including letting dentists review all scheduled appointments, follow up with patients, and review their online ratings and reviews, according to the company. In addition, the help screen can connect to the Patient Activator team for unlimited live support. A new interface for doctor-to-patient calls lets doctors dial patients with upcoming appointments or check in on recovering patients.
The free app is available to Patient Activator members via iTunes and the Android store, and places an icon on their home screen. For all other mobile phone types, a web accessible version is available that can be accessed by logging into m.patientactivator.com from the phone.
