Sesame Communications has entered into a joint sales and marketing partnership with ActionRun, a provider of clinical patient communication services.
Through this partnership, Sesame Communications will market and distribute ActionRun's clinical patient communication services via Sesame's 24-7 patient connection platform.
The addition of ActionRun to the Sesame 24-7 platform will help members reactivate unresponsive patients with or without diagnosed treatment plans, according to the companies.
Sesame's patient connection platform features a secure patient portal with integrated automated reminders, surveys, online payment options, interactive treatment imagery, health history forms, and more. Dentists can access the centralized command center to view the performance of their digital marketing efforts and real-time patient analytics, enabling them to monitor the health and performance of their practices.
